Ready to Eat

It is recommended to peel and eat black garlic as it is. Black garlic is made by aging regular garlic, which reduces its odor and makes it easier to eat, so it can be enjoyed as is. It has a sweet taste and a texture similar to dried fruit. Eating it as is allows you to effectively intake its rich nutrients. However, eating too much can cause stomach discomfort or heartburn, so it is advisable to consume 1-2 cloves per day. For health and beauty benefits, it is important to eat a small amount daily.
